Drifta authentication down

Drifta application authentication has been down for 24 hours or more. Unable to watch dstv on Android drifta app. 40+ min spend on call centre who is incapable of sorting the problem out. Drove to Randburg customer care yesterday and made two technicians aware of the authentication server problem and then only they admit that there was a problem. Problem still not resolved and I am now considering cancelling the R790p/m service.
