dreadfull and rude service..

My primary gripe is with multichoice, and them forcing their customers to constantly spend more money than you need to. I had a dual view SD decoder, and an HD single view..so through xstra view I was able to set up 4 tv's with 3 separate DSTV channels.. and did the installation 3 years ago myself.. it is not rocket science if you have some basic skills..worked like a charm until, all of a sudden.. the dual view decoder stopped working.. I had to take it in, only to be told that it was unrepairable and I 'had to buy' an explorer.. which I did not necessarily want to do.after some reluctance I did. Only to be told buy the counter consultant.. that I need to spend another R 650.00 on a 'smart LNB' which I installed.. simple.. I got not only no signal, but insulted by 3 seperate call centre consultants that I needed a professional installer and add another cable to the HD decoder..I got someone out and had to buy another single view decoder.. ran new cables only to find out that the *********** all centere people.. after I made 17 calls, forgot to switch on the xstra view.. 17 calls and an insult buy the call centre manager that an electrical engineer such as myself is not qualifie
