DPP x2 contracts on Credit Record
Good day
Please advise why there are x2 DDP Decoder contracts on my name.
Customer number: ***9
I called into your call centre today 29/10/2020 at 15:32 and the consultant insists I do not have a decoder plan. So why am I paying R959 for a decoder plan? Why do I have x2 DDP contracts on my credit report that dates back to 2018.
I need paid up letters provided indicating a R0.00 balance owed and have this information removed off my credit record as a matter of urgency.
