DPP promotion

Hi I am a multichoice premium subscriber for the past 2 years now and recently took interest in their DPP promotion that they have on offer. I did the whole sms thing in December 2014 they called and approved everything and I was told delivery would be made within 48hrs. Nothing happed until I tried again in jan 2015. I was told the same thing I was told but still no delivery. Is this a **** or is multichoice only targeting people who are on smaller packages I have called several times and each time I am told to wait 48hrs a company called on the dot will deliver my explora
