DPP PAYMENT PLAN

I suddenly found out that i have two new items on my credit report, destroying my credit score ,they are listed as DPP: DECODER PAYMENT PLAN , each with an outstanding balance - and I have no idea what they are about - I pay monthly and I am up to date with payments. What are these and how do I sort this out?please i need help where to go and have these people dealt with.thank you
