DPP payment plan - AGAIN!!!!

DPP payment plan I had a payment plan on a decoder with them (contract) it was one year long . I finished paying for it and was told that the account is closed. I see this on ,y credit report . Its been 6 months speaking to the consultants and no one is assisting , Iv sent a an email and no response. What to do now?

The above was sent last year December , no response from you guys , you called me once but failed to resolve this, Last week my credit score dropped because a new service was added , guess what it was (DPP payment plan)!!!!

Remove this from my credit profile and provide me with a paid up letter. I am logging a dispute
