DPP order error

Since my last report no one contacted me yet and yesterday they deduct 1400 from my bank account how can I pay for something I didn't bought in the first place I can't accept this fix this problem asap or give me a number where I can reach the DPP department. This is totally not acceptable. Due to your error I can't pay my other bills this month
