DPP offer-STINKS-nothing happening since 15 Dec!!!

I sent an SMS the first time on 15 December for this deal that is offered - nothing is happening. I have called the call centre numerous times and am being told every time that it's been escalated. Yeah right!!! This is so pathetic - WHY ADVERTISE ON TV WHEN NOTHING IS BEING DONE??? The service is up to #$%!#$%#$%!!! I have sent sms's again on 23 December - still nothing.
