DPP ****ming customers

I tried to call you guys last year from day one i saw this DPP decoder payment plan on my credit score, most of your Consultant denied knowing anything about this product. This thing is affecting my credit score . I don't know nothing about opening a plan on the 15th of April 2024 .

I was on a month to month contract with dstv .so what is this DPP .I'm definitely going to report you to ombudsman and all relevant departments. Because you think all customers are stupid and will let you get away with this thing of robbing customers day light. You'll remove this thing on my credit report. Because I'm not gonna rest till this thing is removed.
