DPP is a ****
In October 2014 i send messages to DPP division after i have seen an advert on national TV.I didn't receive any calls from them and In February 2015 i started querying this again with the DSTV call center and i find consultants there to have no idea how this DPP works.1st thing that they advertise that its a lie is that we will call you after 48hours?how about we will call you after 2 months.I logged a call with Multichoice GM office and Riaz Docrat is attending to my query.he now send me an itemised billing send to him by DPP that shows that i was called twice in October 2014 one fro 7 seconds and the other for 30 seconds.apparently i dropped the call.how pathetic can they be.the other call went to voice mail and no message was left.what kind of service is being rendered here.I was also advised by an an agent Jeremiah Letshogo that his manager Fezeka Khubeka said he is too busy to speak to me and he will call me some other time.how pathetic.I believe this is false advertising since they cant honour their promise to client.I am going to open a group on twitter and facebook about this DPP and lets see how many people are affected and maybe just maybe you will tame me serious.
