Dpp decoder plan
What is this dpp decoder payment plan appearing on my credit profile, and affecting my credit score. I am on a month to month contract and have never missed a payment which comes off my account by debit order. Am I missing something

We tried calling you on *** but your phone goes to voicemail. Please note that the contract is not affecting your credit score, it just appears under your name since the contract is still active, once done it will be removed.
