DPP - Decoder Payment plan effecting my credit score
Good day I have a DPP - decoder payment plan on my credit score and this is effecting my credit score please i need this removed

15 Aug 2024, 13:44 so i have DPP - DSTV on my credit score of R178 and I paid it on the 23/02/2023 and its still not of my account and when i contacted DSTV they cannot assist me and says now that i owe them more money so i feel like they just want to take advantage of me and i did as my rights.
Please assist me as i do not know what more i can do
