DPP
After submitting a previous complaint, I finally received a call from Multichoice regarding reducing my DPP deal from R899 to R849 as I already had required hardware. I was informed that the deal would be reduced once the Smart LNB was returned. The smart LNB was collected a week ago but yet again, I have not heard back from Multichoice. And the first debit went off at the greater amount!
