Does anyone know when Competition for MultiChoice DStv will be making their appearance because their Policies and Ignorance makes me sick and the fact that you have to make use of them just takes the living **** out of me. I thought a business needs customers to fulfill their objectives, success and their Profits. Surely from my perspective, DStv just do what they want and everyone must just abide with it, DStv must fall. my opinion, my freedom of speech and my feelings.

I normally Facebook message Dstv either for upgrading /downgrading as the Selfhelp does'nt work for me and unfortunitely i made an error on the 1st of August 2016 sending an Sms instead of Facebook Message for downgrade to ********** 222 as the icons on my cellphone looks the same.

I asked them so nicely not switch of the signal as they explained to me that my Statement date is the 1st which i know as explained to him i made an error. They insist on even adjusting to my error in understanding that i have been a customer of them for years and always been loyal in paying what is due.

They left the signal on and to my Spiteful surprise they would switch off the ****** thing on the 16th, 4 days before the 20th which i've asked so nicely, 4 days!

I am very disgusted and i feel really, businesses such as big as them should really compromise in instances like this as for all the errors that Dstv make and the long times of holding on to the phone trying to contact you, surely you can make an effort to put your Customer's needs 1st and not your Pocket needs in making money.
