DOWNGRADE VIEWINGPACKAGE
Last month or April I phoned them to downgrade my viewing package not done even today bcause one consultant tell you this other tell you differ story forgetting you use your own airtime to find solution and R100 AIRTIME get finished without solution.So you have 2 expense airtime and paying their account so disappointing,even today I phoned them airtime finished as well as sms service only my info was captured in correct on top is not free sms you get charged.I wish CUSTOMER FORUM/ICASA must have look to this or customers we must send complaints to them bcause this is daily *******.NOW IS DATA!!!CHECK THEIR FACEBOOK
