Downgrade to access

Account number ***1 I downgraded to dstv access as I was given an offer last two months to DStvCompact of which I took now, Moleboheng is telling me that I have 2 decoders my due 04/june/2024 of which I made my R150 monthly payment but cannot watch their disconnected my account, please help me get my money back, I Wil go buy Openview since they don't have issues for every month problems.
