Downgrade problem
I have been struggling to downgrade my account for over 4 months now, everytime I call I either get placed on hold for long or they promise it will be downgraded but nothing happens. Last week I was promised that it will be sorted before Thursday, I ended up paying for compact plus which I don't want. Please help
