Downgrade of services

I was on a call right now with Samkelo Bhengu couldn’t resolve my query and refused to refer my query to the supervisor after I had already told her I already spoken with two consultants about my issue. They all dropped my call without my query. Bad service indeed after I had already paid for my services and I’m disconnected. I have downgraded my services using a self service but they still charge a monthly of old package. What a ****!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️I’m discontinuing all services they don’t deserve my money.
