Downgrade gone wrong
Worst to deal with they don't deserve a star at all. My query is still not resolved since the 4th April 2023. The amount of calls and time spent and they don't phone back. If it's wasn't for my mother I would have canceled my subscription. I can mention names and team leaders that were supposed to call me back but didn't bother. If you continue you will lose more clients. 👎 👎
