Downgrade
I requested a downgrade on my account and I was advised that it would be changed in July however I recently received an sms stating that I owe R399?
Please contact me via email *** or ***.
I wanted to downgrade to Dstv Access/ R99 package. Also send me the comparison of packages between dstv compact and access.
All your emails are just not working.
