Downgrade
On the 24/12/2023 I complained about a request that I made for multichoice to downgrade my dstv package and I can't believe that until today that issue has not been resolved. I'm starting to get annoyed and disgusted by this level of service. You responded to my review and promised to revert back to me as soon as possible. Kindly ensure that this matter is resolved by EOB 29/12/2023 and revert back to me by Friday 29/12/2023. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional and I will not tolerate it.
