Downgrade

I am up to the limit with the way multiChoice staff handle queries. I had a query since the 23 of July to date still not resolved. Yesterday Dstv decided that they will suspend their services, the query was due to their system issue that downgraded my package. I phone them I don't know how many times and being promised that someone will get back to me till today. I don't even need their services anymore thanks to technology because there are many was of making sure that I keep up with the sospies I want to watch.
