Doubting companies integrity and honesty -

I entered into a legal and binding contract with Multi choice on 29 November 2017. To date this contract has not come into force and let alone to say that I am still being charged for the old contract at the higher rate.

After numerous follow up conversations and lots of empty promises not even the fact that I have been a loyal customer for the past 26 years made any difference.

If they cannot even keep to a valid legitimate contract I really do not believe that this is a company with integrity, commitment and honesty. No wonder clients are cancelling and leaving multi choice like flies. Hopefully this will lead to something positive.
