Double Subscription Payment for WHAT???

I was charged double for my dstv account August and September , i don't know why, I tried calling several times but got no assistance at all, instead the keep putting me on hold for long and cutting my calls.I have one compact subscription and and extra view but I'm being charged double, FOR WHAT?? Now my viewing is cut off !!! Who changed my account to 2 compact subscriptions and why would I want 2 subscriptions whereas I have extra view? I want my refund for August and what needs to be paid for September asap.I spoke to Jessie who cut me off and Aviwe who put me on hold for long and cut me off on ***.I need assistance and calling from a cellphone.
