Double payment - Immediate refund refusal

On Friday 31 July I changed my payment plan from debit order to cash. I noticed on Monday 03 August that the debit still did not go off, and out of fear that my subscription would be suspended, I contacted Multichoice and they informed me that the debit order will not go off, because I had cancelled it on Friday 31 July. I proceeded to pay the premium of R779.00 via EFT. To my surprise, the debit order in fact went of the following day, 04 August , leaving my bank account in a negative balance, since I did not budget on paying Multichoice twice. I contacted Multichoice, explained my problem to Nelisiwe Molete, but she claimed to be unable to do my refund, as she was waiting for a supervisor. I put my request in writing, and she would have reverted back to me by 11h00. At 12h21, I had still not heard anything, and after repeated emails in which I appealed to her to escalate my special problem, the same, standard response was given to me repeatedly \I cannot assist
