Double payment for April after sending PoP on 1st April 2025

So, in last week, I queried the pensioners discount for my father, an 80 year old pensioner who must wait 3 years to get a pensioners discount because he took over the account from my mother who sadly passed away. Although they have had the account for over 40 years. The logic is just not there. Now, I already paid and sent proof of payment on 1st April 2025, they went and proceeded to do a debit order deduction as well, which is more than the subscription. How does this work Multichoice? Do I need to take legal action????? if the payment is already made, you don't need to do a debit order as well. That means we have paid twice in 1 month. I expect there to be a credit on this account.

This is utter nonsense. No wonder you are losing subscribers. This is no way to handle issues.
