Double payment
<p>Our debit order went off last month and it was only 18c. We contacted them and we were asured that this months debit order will not be double. The debit order went off and it was double. We cannot stick to a budget when double payments go through specially when we phoned and advised that it would not happen. This is unexceptable!!! We would like this sorted out.</p>

Upon checking on our records, only R0.18 was debited on the 01 June 2017. This is after the credit balance of R1160.68 was transferred to your Price Lock account on 15 May 2017. The balance debited includes the Price Lock monthly subscription for 01 June 2017.
