Double pay but service suspended

Upon paying my account at the bginning of the month, I noticed an amount of R3200 owing, I queried that with Multichoise and got a snotty reply from Cameron in finance, that somebody else has been paying my account. After numerous calls, Eventually spoke to a team leader, Clint Schoeman, who send me a breakdown of the account showing 4 missed payments over the last year. I then sent him my proof of payments made via their DSTv application via Payu. After a follow up call to Clint, I was told he escalated it to the finance department. As of this morning, my service has been suspended. How can a service provider suspend a service when they have not done their job correctly. Every time I call for feedback, I must explain the same story everytime I call and get the same response as the first query.

Service delivery has always been one of my priorities. Being a loyal subscriber to DSTV for 15 years, I am appalled at how they are handling a payment discrepancy via their payment partner PayU and myself. In conjunction with an incorrect debit order, loaded on my account by no one other than Multichoice, I am deeply concerned about the corporates dominating the consumer rather than delivering a service. Streaming media is growing, be careful Multichoice, there has been more mighty companies that has suffered due to bad service and client demands.
