Double Debited
After countless calls and emails over 2 months I FINALLY just got my money back. I can't help but think they go out of their way to employ the mentally challenged. Multichoice is the most unprofessional, ***********, disorganised organisation I have EVER dealt with. Just because you have a monopoly does not mean you have the right to abuse your customers.
