Double debit

On my last debit order cycle I was double debited. However I was double debited for seperate accounts to the value of R2250 and not for my dstv with extra view which cost about R759. Well it has now been a month of trying to get my money back. They are *******. The last phone call I made to them they said they have deposited a check into my account. Well 2 weeks still no refund. Today when I called they said no we have credited your dstv account and you now have a credit. You idiots I do not want the credit on my dstv account I want my money back you thieving *******s.
