Double contract loaded on ITC

I signed up for a price lock contract with DSTV last year. Had no issues with it until I checked my credit profile with Experian only to find that you have logged my contract twice on my credit obviously affecting my credit score. I called your call center, which was no help. I need someone to contact me to remove the additional contract listing on my credit profile urgently.

The disgraceful part is that we have this in not the second time Multichoice (DSTV) is doing this to me. I need this rectified as soon as possible!
