Double charging
I wrote a review on 6 January 2025 about DStv Multichoice double charging my husband after he had a stroke. Hellopeter notified me on 7 January at 17h30 that DStv rep**** to me privately but I don't know where did they reply because I received no reply from them on my email or phone nor on my husband's and I could not view the reply anywhere. Therefor I dont know what their response was and accordingly I cannot rate them. Please if they could reply to my email address so I know whats going on.
