DOUBLE CHARGED??

I took out an explora bundle deal for R899 per month around Jan/Feb this year. When I took the package out I was told that there will be an extra amount charged to my account for the subscription and the remaining few days of the month(which I agreed on, no problem). The amount I paid in February was R1309.70 which I had no problem paying as I understand the whole pro-rata thing. NOW 10 months later I get a debit order that has gone through my account for R1085.40. So I call the call centre and they tell me that this is some outstanding access fee or some ******* like that and I have been liable to pay it since February?? Why the hell was I not told from day one?? You could have then taken it off my account way back then!!

As a matter of principle, if this is not refunded into my account I WILL cancel my subscription and you are more than welcome to come and fetch the decoder and pass it on to the next unlucky person to fall victim to the way you try and suck money out of.

I do not want to receive any calls from you, I have made my point and said my say, refund my money or cancel my subscription.
