Double billing, cant get it resolved
I absolutely detest DSTV, there is no worse company to deal with. I cannot get through to someone that can resolve my double billing. They have blocked the FNB Connect network form their Call Centre so I cant contact them to resolve, the Bot is useless and the online chat is also useless and i cannot resolve something that is quite straight forward.
