Double billing by Multichoice

My monthly premium is less R500.00 but to y surprise I see the amount due is R1300+ . I called the contact centre and spoke to very *********** agents and the last rude one was Thabile Nkomo. They always say thier supervisors are not there when you need help. This service is so pathetic.

I have been sending emails and no one responds to my email. Where do we complain because they dont even have complaints line.

I have seen so many negative reviews today especially regarding double billing but it seems like that careless because they doing nothing to remedy the situation.
