Double billing and useless agents who don't care and can't help

I've paid a fortune this month, only to realize I'm being double billed, and still disconnected. Spoke to 3 agents and dealt with their horrible online chat system. I can't take it anymore. This company deserves its slide into irrelevance. They want R1700 from me for 1 Premium package. I'm furious.
