Double billing
Today we added movies to the Compact package. It is however not available on DStv Streaming. We contacted DStv via chat and were informed that the movies added are only available on the decoder and we'll have to pay to again for them to be added on DStv Streaming. We would like to know why do we have to pay double for services that we paid for on the decoder?
