Double Billing
As i have seen on this website there are numerous double billings for your Explora R799 deal. I have the same complaint as I have been debited with R3370 which is clearly incorrect. Your call centre cannot seem to comprehend the problem and i am yet to receive a call as promised. Please contact me urgently to arrange for my refund. I would hate to escalate an obvoius billing error of Multichoice to Mr Imtiaz Patel.
