Double bill on a contract subscription

I’m so disappointed in the service received from Dstv, we were charged or rather double billed for extra view for May now in April and the reason we received from the consultant was that it was quoted that way, mind you this is a 24 month contract that we have and all of a sudden the amount we are suppose to pay was more. Clearly we are not taken seriously as loyal customers by Dstv.
