Dont want to switch off decoder on the 16 Des

Usually December when we go on leave we will phone Dstv to disconnect our service until we come back from leave. Now all of a sudden they dont do it anymore. I must go read the terms and conditions. I have been a Dstv subscriber for nearly 17 years and the terms and conditions i signed dont say anything about this. How do you change your terms and conditions without informing your subscribers. I dont go on your website to go read your T & C as i agreed to it Years ago. I was never informed that your T&C have changed. I want my decoder to be switched off from 16 Des 2015 until I am back from leave as i did it on previous occasions.
