DONT USE MAPS INSTALLATION (AN APPROVED INSTALLER AND REPAIR COMPANY THAT REPRESENT MULTICHOICE)

I Googled an approved Multichoice technical company and got through to a company whom I phoned. They asked which area I stayed in and said that they would get the person responsible for the area to contact me. They did contact me (MAPS Installations), They arrived promptly at the time they said they would to carry out reparation work on my decoder that was not working due to the electrical outage in the area for 4 days. They completed the work and I was handed a bill of R2949 saying that there was something wrong with my Satellite Dish. How could this be if the second view decoder had been working in the bedroom all the time!!!!!! It does not make any sense. They basically overcharged in all aspects. They have sent message after message demanding payment and when I query the Satellite reparation they patronize and attempt to say something to the effect of eyes on the dish. What a lot of BS. Their reply to me is they have not ****** anything and God Bless. NO THEIR COSTS ARE TOTALLY OUT OF LINE WITH OTHER COMPANIES I HAVE SUBSEQUENTLY PHONED AND I BELIEVE THAT MULTICHOICE SHOULD RECONSIDER THEM REPRESENTING THEM. A pure disgrace.
