Don't use call centre - DSTV Written Correspondence Team much more efficient!
Logging a call with the call centre doesn't provide results for refunds. I phoned back eight times with broken promises for a refund. Only once I complained through HelloPeter did the wonderful and friendly Majama Kunune, from the DSTV Written Correspondence Team, understand my query and efficiently processed my request for a refund. Thank you.
