Don't trust MultiChoice dstv

Dstv treatment is poor ! Last month iv called for my internet router cancellation cause the contract was finished and iv app**** for the new one they've delivered the new one now I want to pay for my services boom the old router it still active now I have to pay for the one iv cancelled and for the new one when I call the is no proper explanation I getting they say I must pay first then they will help me 😞😞
