DONT TRUST DSTV

So i have been with dstv for years, use to be a panel member. We only have it because of morning live. My cust nr. ***0. So i use to pay R350 in stead of R319 for years, Which means my acc is way in advance. They phoned me for a funeral cover, i said no problem that is R35 extra on the account which means i should pay R354. To make a long story short my April invoice showed carry forward amount of -R368.23. So what happened was i was disconnected and had to pay a reconnection fee. I would like to know what happed to the monies that i paid extra. So it goes to show they are not to be trusted
