Dont trust Dstv

It seems that if you decide take the 24 month explorer deal from Dstv at R759. You might be in for some unpleasent dealings with Dstv. We decided to take the offer as it would prove to be a better deal than to stay with our current pakadge, after consulting with the agent we decided to go ahead. Big mistake on our part. We had to wait 4 weeks for the installation, after the installation we contacted Dstv to confirm that it was done we were told that a extra R90 per month will be added to the bill if wanted to make use of the recording funtion. We were told th agent that we were garrenteed that the cost would only be R759 per month with no hidden or extra costs. We also provided the email where the agent stated so in writing. Dstv contacted us back saying that if we dont pay the R90 extra we cant use the funtions. So much for for getting things in writing or trusting that Dstv would do the right thing
