Dont trust anything Multichoice agents tell you

This is now my third review on here. The matter is simple to resolve but it seems that Multichoice is just not up to it. This complaint has been running from 6 December with Nkanyiso Mhlongo up to 30 December 2021 with Danisane of the Hello Peter team.. You simply cannot get hold of Multichoice.- no email address or contact us option. If you phone the number from where they phone you, it is blocked. This is the last chance for you to resolve . The next step is small claims court
