DONT TOUCH MULTICHOICE INSURANCE!

Be super careful of the so called DSTV insurance - it's a joke!!!!! They happily take your premium every month and then when you have a problem, they hand out an ancient refurbished decoder that's taken my DSTV installer 2 hours to try and work out what's going on. The solution ........ "Bring it back to a DSTV office closest to you" Really??? More time, more fuel, more frustration!!! Keep your money, save your sanity and just buy a new decoder when your one packs in. This is actually ***** but I'll let you know about that later - once I've spoken to a lawyer.
