Don’t sign up with them

It would be in your best interest not to sign up with DSTV, I signed up with them in November 2023 and paid R299 which somehow didn’t link to my account (***) the proof of payment was sent (ref ***6), I have been requesting for updates and all I get is “we are investigating) how long does your investigation take? You don’t even have the courtesy to give feeback nor call your customers. How difficult is it to just trace the payment and allocate it to my account??
