Dont sign-up with Disney+ through DSTV, **** of ****s.

DSTV gave me a free month for Disney+, which was really great until the trial ended and I needed to add it to my current DSTV subscription. The email sent mentioned I only needed to sign up through whatsapp, receive a link and start watching Disney+. However, I signed up, I never received the sms promised so I chatted to one of the agents who told me I needed to pay R71. Which was very confusing and they were very rude. Eventually I paid this R71. I expected to be able to sign-in to Disney+ or else receive the SMS. Never received it so I chatted to another agent who then told me I needed to add a credit card to Disney to start watching. Confusing because I would basically be signing up on my own account, and I would be debited another R119 to subscribe.

I am now asking for a refund of the R71 since DSTV falsified its claims for ease, in terms of adding Disney+ onto my existing DSTV package, as well as this R71 which has become an additional amount to the subscription fee of R119.
