They debited R2097 without authorisation from my debit card on 23 December 2022 -

There is no reflection of this on my DSTV account.

On the portal there is no indication of this amount, further no available statement.

I had subscribed online to the prepaid 1 month of premium streaming service R699 and that is all and was paid for already.

then surprise the next month a random deduction from my card R2097 just before Christmas, they are shameless!

After phone calls (45min on hold) and many emails they now just ignore me after saying they would look for the transaction to refund me.

This is downright **********!!!
